Refund policy
RETURNS
All returns must be made within 14 days from the date you receive the item. Returns will not be accepted if requested more than 14 days after the delivery date as noted in your order tracking.
Pierced earrings, including earring pendants, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you choose to return a non-faulty item, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a secure shipping method (e.g. tracked mail or courier), as we cannot take responsibility for lost return shipments.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or wish to return your item(s), please send them back to our warehouse. Your return must arrive at Boomi’s warehouse within 14 days of your original delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

It must also be returned in its original packaging.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
To complete your return, you must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
PARTIAL REFUNDS (if applicable):
Only partial refunds may be granted for:

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
RETURN FEES:

A return fee of €6 applies to all returns with up to 2 products.

For each additional item beyond the second, an extra €6 per item will be charged.
REFUNDS (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email confirming receipt. We’ll also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Recheck your bank account.

Contact your credit card company – it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank – processing delays are common.

EXCHANGES (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email: info@boomi.se
GIFTS:

If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the item is received, we’ll email you a gift certificate.

If not marked as a gift, or if it was shipped to the gift giver, we’ll send the refund to the gift giver.
RETURN SHIPPING

Include your order number, postal code, and request.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Shipping costs are non-refundable – if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Please send your return with tracking and provide the tracking number. Without this, we cannot guarantee receipt of the return.
Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
WARRANTY POLICY
If a product is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion, free of charge.
EXCLUSIONS:
The warranty does not cover:

Misuse, accidents, alterations, neglect

Unauthorized repairs

Consumable parts and accessories (may be excluded)
CLAIMS PROCESS:
To file a warranty claim, provide proof of purchase and contact us at info@boomi.se.
We may request additional information to validate the claim.
